A Heartfelt Love Celebration in Melbourne

May 11, 2015 Destination Wedding

It was a beautiful spring day in Melbourne, sunny, bright and full of life, especially love on the day where I shot Jeremy and Natalia’s wedding. Jeremy and Natalia were such a fun and wonderful couple, since I spent some good times with them during the pre-wedding. Seeing kindness and warmth within their families and friends, such a great love portrayed for Jeremy’s mother, that she wasn’t able to attend and celebrate due to health issue. Although it was such a dismal moment for the groom, their mates were there ready to support and cheered him up and made this day a memorable one. Regardless the bittersweet moment, I am very grateful that I can be a part of their beautiful day. These were the unforgettable moments!

Winter Engagement Shoot in Perth

March 18, 2014 Pre-Wedding Portrait

Anne is my only sibling. Since I’m just a couple of years older than her, I can say that she’s my first friend in this world. We grew up together and we knew each other very well. All these years, I’ve seen her through ups and downs. So, I knew she has found her true love in Daniel. So last (Australian) winter, we made this trip to Perth. Daniel grew up in Perth, and he took this opportunity to fill his stomach with his favorite foods as well as showing some places to Anne. It was a very good short trip. I got to know a lot more about Daniel. And to see them happy certainly made me happy too.

Brisbane 14 October 2010

January 4, 2011 Travel

Brisbane, 14 October 2010 was a good day to remember. June 2003, I left Brisbane and I wondered when I’d returned. I left friends and missed so many things about this little city. I was told that the city have been improved in many ways, in which there are more people live and work in Brisbane, the city has more traffic jam, etc. I’ve been promising my fiance that one day I would take her to the cities I used to live, Brisbane and London. And after 7 years, I finally had the opportunity to return. It was a special and nostalgic feeling. I showed my fiance the University I used to go, the flat I used to stay, my favorite’s place to eat, and some other spots on the city. I couldn’t really describe the feeling. This series of black and white photographs were taken during lunch hour around Brisbane downtown. Some people know how I love doing travel photography. That day was beyond a joy.
